We at Harrow CCG are always interested in hearing your stories, positive or negative, about NHS services you have used in Harrow.
Your story will be told to a member of CCG staff, who will interview you. Your story will then be presented to the CCG Governing Body at their public meetings.
If you would like to attend these meetings and give your story in person, you will also be supported to do so. The Governing Body will then have the opportunity to ask questions, comment and commit to actions based on your story.
These stories help to keep the patient voice at the heart of what we do. By listening to real experiences, the Governing Body can understand what works, what doesn’t work and what barriers patients might face, as well as hearing suggestions from local people about how things could be improved in the future. This helps us to continuously improve the services we commission and the experience of our patients.
